Liv
Liv is a back-office assistant for a business of one. It takes care of the parts of running
a company that are not the work itself: the receipts, the invoices, the follow-ups and the
list.
Liv is made by FlyHi, a product of Ivolution LLC.

What Liv does
- Files your receipts. Photograph one or forward it by email, and Liv
reads it and files it to the right account in your books.
- Watches your invoices. Liv knows who owes you and how late they are,
and drafts the follow-up for you to send.
- Answers questions about your money in plain words: what came in, what
is already committed, and what is actually safe to spend.
- Keeps your to-do list and syncs it with the tracker you already use.
- Sends a short update each morning, so you start the day knowing where
things stand.
What Liv uses your Google account for
Connecting Google is optional, and Liv asks for it only so it can answer questions about
your own work. Each permission is used for one thing:
- Reading your Gmail. To find receipts and invoices sent to you, and to
tell you which emails are still waiting on a reply. Liv never sends mail as you.
- Reading your Google Drive. To open a document you have asked Liv about,
such as a brief or a supplier list, so its answer is about your actual files.
- Your Google Calendar. To tell you what is on today, and to add an entry
when you have approved one.
- Creating files in Drive. When Liv writes a document for you, this is
what lets you save it to your own Drive. It can only touch files Liv itself created.
Liv proposes and you approve. Nothing is sent, written or changed in any connected account
until you say yes, and you can disconnect any account at any time from your own screen. Your
data is never sold, and it is never used to train a model.
Signing in
The app is at app.flyhi.ai. You sign in with your Google
account or an emailed code, then connect the tools you already use on their own consent
screens. Liv never asks you for a password or an API key.
