FlyHi is a back-office assistant for small business owners, operated by Ivolution LLC. This page says what information we hold, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it, in plain words.
Account information you give us when you become a customer: your name, your business name, your email address, and the mobile phone number you want your assistant to use. And the business records you share or connect so the service can do its job: receipts, invoices, bills, payment records, and accounting data from systems you authorize, such as your accounting software.
To run the service for you, and for nothing else. Your records are used to file your receipts, watch your invoices, answer your questions, and send you the account messages you signed up for. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
If you give us a mobile number during onboarding, we send you text messages about your own account: receipts filed, invoice and payment updates, summaries, and answers to questions you text us. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Service providers that host our infrastructure and process data on our instructions, under their own confidentiality obligations: our database and hosting providers, and the AI provider that reads documents you submit. They act for us, not for themselves. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it or you ask us to.
For as long as you are a customer, because your records are the service. When you leave, you can take your data with you, and you can ask us to delete what we hold. Write to the address below and we will.
Your data lives in access-controlled systems, isolated per customer, with credentials you can revoke at any time. No system is perfect, but ours is built so that the people who can see your records are you and us.
