Terms of Service

FlyHi (Ivolution LLC) · Effective 2026-08-11

These terms cover your use of FlyHi, a back-office assistant for small business owners, operated by Ivolution LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By using FlyHi you agree to them. They are written in plain words on purpose, and they say what we will do, what we will not do, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.

What the service is

FlyHi reads and organizes your business records so you can ask questions about your own money and keep on top of what needs doing. Depending on what you connect, that can include filing receipts, watching invoices and payments, keeping a to-do list in step with the one you already use, and answering questions about your own figures.

FlyHi is not an accountant, a bookkeeper, a lawyer, or a tax advisor, and nothing it produces is professional advice. It helps you see your own records and act on them; the decisions, and the returns you file, remain yours and your professionals'.

Your account

You need an account to use FlyHi, and you are responsible for what happens under it, including keeping your sign-in link and your devices to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has got in. You must be authorized to act for the business you are setting up, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your data stays yours

The records you give us, and the records we read from the systems you connect, belong to you. We hold them to run the service for you and for nothing else. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. What we hold and who touches it is set out in our privacy policy.

You give us permission to store and process those records for the purpose of providing the service to you. That permission ends when you do.

Connecting other services

You can connect accounts you already have, such as your accounting software or your task list. When you do, you are telling us we may read and, where you have asked for it, write to that account on your behalf, within the permissions you granted.

Every connection is revocable from your own screen at any time, and disconnecting deletes the stored credential rather than switching it off. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they do or for outages on their side.

Nothing goes out without you

FlyHi is built to propose rather than to act. Anything that would leave your business, such as an email to a customer, waits for you to approve it, and where you later choose to let something happen automatically, that is a setting you turn on knowingly and can turn off again. You are responsible for what you approve.

What we ask of you

Use FlyHi for your own business and lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, to misrepresent who you are, to upload other people's records that you have no right to share, or to attack, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service.

Fees

What you pay, and when, is set out in the agreement or order you signed with us. Fees are charged for the period agreed, and unless that agreement says otherwise they are not refundable for a period already served. We will tell you before a price changes.

Availability, honestly stated

We work to keep FlyHi running and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything it produces is complete or accurate.

Keep your own records. FlyHi is a layer over the systems that hold your books; it is not a substitute for them and it is not your system of record.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, however caused. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Stopping

You can stop using FlyHi at any time, and any notice period in your signed agreement applies. We can suspend or end an account that is using the service unlawfully or in a way that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

When your account ends you may ask us for a copy of your records, and we will delete them on request except where we have to keep something to meet a legal obligation. Disconnecting a connected service deletes the credential immediately.

Text messages

If you gave us a mobile number, the messaging program has its own terms, including frequency, rates, and how to stop: Messaging Terms & Conditions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects you we will tell you, and continuing to use FlyHi after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top always says which version you are reading.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If a signed agreement between us says otherwise, that agreement governs.

The rest

If a signed agreement between you and Ivolution LLC covers the same ground as these terms, that agreement wins on any point where they disagree. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Neither of us may transfer this agreement without the other's consent, except to a successor to substantially all of our business. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
